Manage live jobs, team hours and equipment in one place.

Most service and installation businesses run on Excel and phone calls, so nobody can see which jobs are on track, which equipment is broken, or who’s working the hours they’re allocated. We build one web app that shows all of it.

You keep the findings whether or not you hire us.

What it tracks

Every job and every person, in one web app.

For service and installation businesses with teams out on jobs every day, and an office tracking them in Excel.

Every job, its status, and what's holding it up.

Scheduled, in progress, paused or done. Each job shows who's on it, anything that needs looking into, and any fault logged against it with what went wrong.

Who's on which job, and who's on a break.

Every team member is linked to the jobs they're working on. The office sees who's on which job, who's on a break and who's free for the next one, without ringing round.

Allocated hours against hours worked.

Each person has the hours they're meant to work. The system records the hours they actually work and the breaks they take, so you can see who's working their allocated hours and how many they still have available.

Which equipment works, and why it doesn't.

Every pump, generator and tool has a status and the job it's on. When something breaks, the fault and the reason are logged, so the office knows why a job has stopped.

How it works

Map, build, roll out, add AI.

The Excel sheets, the calls and the group chat become one web app the office and the team on site both use.

Then, AI on top

Ask about any job. Hear when one stops.

Once your jobs, team and equipment are in the web app, we add an AI assistant on top, in Telegram. Ask it what’s happening on a job and it answers from the live records. It works out each person’s available hours and sends them to the accounts team.

When something’s off, it alerts the people on that job: what the problem is, what needs fixing, and why the job was paused.

It’s an add-on for later. The system does its job without it.

Questions

Worth asking before you book.

Where do we start?

With a free audit. We look at how you track jobs, hours and equipment today and where the time goes, then build the part that costs you most first. You keep the findings either way.

Why not buy off-the-shelf job management software?

For some teams that's the right call, and we'll say so. Off-the-shelf tools make you work their way, and you often pay per user for features nobody touches. We build around your job stages, your team and your equipment, and the data stays yours, which is what makes the AI layer possible later.

Will my team actually use it?

That decides whether it works, so the phone view is built for a quick tap between jobs: update a job, log hours, report a fault. We design it with the people who'll use it and train them at rollout.

Can we bring our existing spreadsheets?

Yes. We import your current jobs, customers and equipment lists from Excel, so the system starts with your history instead of an empty screen.

Does it track where people are?

It records which job each person is on and when they start, stop and take breaks, which is what you need for hours. Live GPS tracking is possible, but we'd talk it through with you first, because it comes with privacy and employment rules you'll need to follow.

Does it connect to our accounting software?

Usually. The AI assistant can work out available hours and send them to your accounts team, and finished jobs can feed into your invoicing so nobody types them twice. We confirm what your tools allow during the audit.

What does the AI layer need?

The web app first. Once jobs, hours and equipment are recorded in one place, we connect the AI assistant to it. It only reads what your system holds, you decide who can ask what, and alerts only go to the people on that job.

Who maintains it after launch?

We do. We keep it running and change it as your jobs, your team and your equipment change.

How long does a build take?

It depends on how many job types, sites and teams are involved. We agree a realistic timeline after the audit.
